Town Attorney

Tom is a native of West Baton Rouge Parish, and resides on the South River Road in Addis. He is married to the former Mary Broussard of Baton Rouge. Tom has been in private legal practice in Port Allen since 1986. He graduated from Rice University, and from the L.S.U. Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He is retired from the United States Army, having served for over 28 years – on active duty in Germany,  and in the Louisiana Army National Guard and in the United States Army Reserve, including active duty in the Middle East from 2001-2003 for Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
