A. Public Hearing – Re-Zoning Request From C-1 (Light Commercial) to R-2 (Single Family Residential): 653 E. Main Street for James W. Sorrell & Laverne M. Sorrell
B. Variance Request – Joseph Richardson – 2120 Ory Dr. – Non-Compliance Sec. 120-145 (3), R-1 Single Family Residential, Side Depth, to reduce the side set back from 10’ to 7’ to build an accessory structure
