MINUTES OF THE BRUSLY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING
October 26, 2011

A regular meeting of the Brusly Planning & Zoning Commission was held on Wednesday October 26, 2011 in the Council Chambers, Brusly Town Hall, Brusly, Louisiana. Vice-Chairman Rosa Stelly called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
Members present: Rosa Stelly, Ronda Perrault, Steve Perkins, Gary Soniat,
Jules Thibodaux, Jeff Travasos.
Members absent: Claudette Purnell.
Others present: Marianne Berthelot, Joanne Bourgeois

Upon motion of Mrs. Perrault seconded by Mr. Soniat, the Minutes of the October 5, 2011 Special Meeting were approved as written.

Mrs. Stelly welcomed Mrs. Ronda Perrault to the Commission. Mrs. Perrault replaces Mr. Carroll Fontenot who resigned from the Commission.

PLANNING BUSINESS

No items submitted.

OTHER BUSINESS

• Upon motion of Mr. Thibodaux, seconded by Mr. Soniat, the date of the November Meeting was moved to November 16, 2011 due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. Motion carried unanimously.

• The Secretary announced an election will be held at the November Meeting to replace the Chairman seat vacated by Mr. Fontenot.

• Members were advised that an application for rezoning and subdivision of property at 401 East Main Street was mailed out this week to Mr. Aaron Daniel.

There was no other business to come before the Planning & Zoning Commission.

Mr. Travasos made a motion to adjourn. Mrs. Perrault seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.

The meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission adjourned at 6:35 PM.
