BRUSLY PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
March 23, 2004

Upon the request of several commission members and after due advertisement being posted, the March meeting of the Brusly Planning & Zoning Commission was changed from Wednesday, March 24, 2004 to Tuesday, March 23, 2004. The meeting was held in the Council Meeting Room, Brusly Town Hall, Brusly, Louisiana and was called to order by Vice Chairperson Carroll Fontenot at 6:30 P.M.

Members present: Jules Thibodaux, Carroll Fontenot, Rosa Stelly, Claudette Purnell.

Members absent: Debbie Thompson, Shane Sarradet, Leslie Crockett.

Others present: Marianne Berthelot, Mayor Joey Normand, Joanne Bourgeois.

Upon motion of Mrs. Rosa Stelly seconded by Mrs. Claudette Purnell, the minutes of the February 25, 2004 meeting were approved as written. Motion carried unanimously.

There was no other business to come before the Planning Commission.

Mrs. Claudette Purnell made a motion to adjourn. Mrs. Rosa Stelly seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.

The meeting of the Planning Commission adjourned at 6:35 P.M.

MINUTES OF BRUSLY ZONING COMMISSION
March 23, 2004

The monthly meeting of the Brusly Zoning Commission was held on Tuesday, March 23, 2004 in the Council Meeting Room, Brusly Town Hall, Brusly, Louisiana. The meeting was called to order by Vice Chairperson Carroll Fontenot at 6:35 P.M.

Members present: Jules Thibodaux, Carroll Fontenot, Rosa Stelly, Claudette Purnell.

Members absent: Debbie Thompson, Shane Sarradet, Leslie Crockett.

Others present: Marianne Berthelot, Mayor Joey Normand, Joanne Bourgeois.
