MINUTES OF THE BRUSLY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING
October 23, 2019

The regular meeting of the Brusly Planning & Zoning Commission was held this date, October 23, 2019, at the Brusly Town Hall. Chairman LeMoine called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. Commissioner Purnell led the Pledge of Allegiance. A roll call determined the following officials present:
Commissioners:                    Steve Guidry, Kim LeMoine, Ronda Perrault, Claudette Purnell, Jeff Travasos
Absent:                                 Steve Perkins, Gary Soniat
Others Present:                     Joanne Bourgeois

A motion to approve the minutes of the July 24, 2019, regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission, as written, was made by Commissioner Perrault and seconded by Commissioner Purnell. The minutes were approved unanimously.

No meeting August 28, 2019 due to a lack of quorum.

A motion to approve the minutes of the September 3, 2019, special meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission, as written, was made by Commissioner Purnell and seconded by Commissioner Travasos. The minutes were approved unanimously.

No meeting September 25, 2019 due to a lack of quorum.

Announcements:
Commissioner Gary Soniat was reappointed for a 7-year term to the Planning & Zoning Commission at the August 12, 2019 meeting of the Brusly Town Council.

A motion was made by Commissioner Guidry to adjourn; seconded by Commissioner Perrault to adjourn. The motion passed with a unanimous vote. The meeting adjourned at 6:32 PM.
