MINUTES OF THE BRUSLY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING
November 27, 2019

The regular meeting of the Brusly Planning & Zoning Commission was held this date, November 27, 2019, at the Brusly Town Hall. Chairman LeMoine called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. Commissioner Perrault’s grandson Jeffrey Martinez led the Pledge of Allegiance. A roll call determined the following officials present:
Commissioners:       Steve Guidry, Kim LeMoine, Ronda Perrault, Gary Soniat, Jeff Travasos
Absent:                     Steve Perkins, Claudette Purnell

A motion to approve the minutes of the October 23, 2019, regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission, as written, was made by Commissioner Perrault and seconded by Commissioner Travasos. The minutes were approved unanimously.

Other Business:
Chairman LeMoine called for nominations of Officers to Planning & Zoning Commission.
Commissioner Guidry made a motion to re-elect the current officers to continue to serve; seconded by Commissioner Travasos. The motion was approved unanimously with the officers seated as follows:
Secretary – Gary Soniat
Vice Chair – Ronda Perrault
Chair – Kim LeMoine

The December meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission was set for December 18, 2019.

Announcements: None

A motion was made by Commissioner Travasos to adjourn; seconded by Commissioner Soniat to adjourn. The motion passed with a unanimous vote. The meeting adjourned at 6:34 PM.
