Mr. Joey Normand spoke in favor of the development and explained that presenting the preliminary plat is to determine whether the general concept of the zoning is met in order to move forward to the next step in the process.
Mayor Rhodes explained the procedures that take place when a preliminary plat is submitted to the Town for consideration. Mayor Rhodes invited anyone with questions to view the plat at the Town Hall.
Hearing no further comments, Chair Person Perrault closed the Public Hearing and asked Commission Members for comments.
