a) Consider Adoption and Enactment of a new Code of Ordinances for the Town of Brusly, State of Louisiana, Part II, Land Development Code, Chapters 100, 105, 110, 115 & 120

b) Variance Request – 3016 Orleans Qrts. – Charles Holmes – Non-Compliance Sec. 19.31.1 Zoning District R-1 Side Setback, to reduce setback from 10’ to 4’ to build an assessor structure.

6. PLANNING

a) Variance Request – 620 Valence St. – Rusty Daigle – Non-Compliance Sec. 19.13(b), Servitudes for Utilities, to reduce Utility Servitude from 10’ to 5’. Variance of 15’ to 10’ was approved 06/13/16.
