2014 – New Police Station constructed and dedicated

2016 – Scot M. Rhodes elected Mayor, serving January 1, 2017 through present

2020 – Newest Brusly High School opened; grades shifted at other campuses.  Brusly Elementary School becomes Head Start to 1st Grade, Lukeville Elementary School 2nd-3rd grades, Brusly Upper Elementary (former original Brusly High campus on River Rd) 4th – 5th Grades. Brusly Middle  moves to old high school on La 1 for grades 6th-8th.
