Planning & Zoning Minutes – February 2026

MINUTES OF THE BRUSLY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING
February 25, 2026

The meeting of the Brusly Planning & Zoning Commission was held on this date, February 25, 2026, at the Brusly Town Hall. Chairman LeMoine called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. Commissioner Guidry led the Pledge of Allegiance. A roll call determined the following officials present:
Commissioners:   Steve Guidry, Kim LaMoine, Ronda Perrault, Cindy Popleon,
Gary Soniat, Jeff Travasos
Absent:               Steve Perkins

A motion to approve the minutes of January 28, 2026 meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission, as written, was made by Commissioner Perrault and seconded by Commissioner Travasos. The minutes were approved unanimously.

Other Business:
Chairman LeMoine reported that the Brusly Town Council approved the shop at 1505 Live Oak Dr., in the front yard.

Announcements: None

Commissioner Guidry made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Commissioner Popleon. The motion passed with a unanimous vote. The meeting adjourned at 6:32 PM.
